When everything goes to plan, ground services play a role that is normally invisible to the traveller. But every professional knows that getting it right on the ground is just as important to customer satisfaction as the aircraft and cabin service.

This is why, with a view to gaining fuller control over this aspect of our business and to ensure a more comfortable, efficient and "seamless" service to our customers, PrivatAir decided to expand its range of activities to encompass ground services.

PrivatAir's passenger terminal in Geneva, was inaugurated in March 2002. This new building, known as the Geneva Airport C3 Terminal, also houses PrivatAir's European headquarters and part of the facilities have been made available for use by other private operators.
