Recognising that every operator has its own unique client base, all training is tailored to suit both the exacting needs of the passengers as well as the individual culture of each organisation.

In-flight service training

Using the expertise of our in-house cabin service department, we prepare bespoke training programmes centred on in-flight service standards. We work alongside Lausanne Hospitality Consulting (part of the world renowned Swiss hotel school Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne) to offer cabin crew a comprehensive course in all aspects of onboard hospitality. This includes, but is not restricted to, food hygiene, table dressing and service protocol, wine tasting principles, the art of cocktails, beverage service and cigars. The aim is to achieve the 'Wow factor' onboard.

Ground service training

First impression makes all the difference. We offer a tailored course to help cabin crew ensure that they get it right first time, every time.

For all PrivatTraining programmes, our in-house travel department can arrange air travel tickets, ground transportation and hotel reservations.
